This Privacy Policy describes how Everonix LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Everonix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information through our public website and related communications.
This policy covers browsing the website, contacting us, requesting an introductory meeting, and receiving our email communications. It does not cover client interviews, recordings, Digital Persona creation or conversations, or access to private family content. Those activities require separate service-specific privacy notices, permissions, and agreements before they begin.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide, and the contents of your inquiry or correspondence.
- Meeting information: if you request a meeting through Google Calendar, your contact details, preferred time, time zone, and any information you choose to include.
- Basic technical information: information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times that may be recorded in hosting or security logs to operate and protect the website. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
Please do not send identity documents, passwords, financial account details, private family records, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry. Contacting us does not authorize creation of a Persona or use of anyone’s voice or likeness.
3. How we use information
- Respond to questions and communicate about requested services.
- Arrange and administer introductory meetings.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Send email updates and information about Everonix services, with consent where required by law.
- Maintain necessary business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. Cookies and tracking
Everonix does not set its own cookies or use analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this public website. Google Calendar loads only when you choose “Request a meeting.” The embedded booking service may use Google cookies or similar technologies and process technical information under Google’s privacy practices and your settings.
Everonix does not use cross-site tracking. Google’s handling of browser privacy signals and cookies is governed by its own policies and your browser and Google settings.
5. When we disclose information
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Service providers: providers supporting hosting, security, email, and scheduling, where those services are used. Providers acting on our behalf are subject to appropriate restrictions on their use of personal information.
- Legal and safety purposes: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or address security issues.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable privacy protections.

6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry, maintain the requested relationship, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect security. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, sensitivity, and applicable obligations. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to your requests or sending necessary service-related communications.
You may contact corporate@everonix.ai to ask about information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing or optional follow-up communications.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of information, correct or delete it, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of certain uses, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction.
We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any refusal and available appeal process. To request an appeal where available, email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Children
This public website is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Access by younger family members to a client’s Persona is a separate matter governed by the relevant service policies and permissions.
9. Other services and processing locations
Meeting booking appears in an embedded Google Calendar window after you choose “Request a meeting.” You may also open the booking page separately. Google handles information on its booking page under its Privacy Policy. Everonix receives the booking and contact information needed to arrange the meeting. The Google booking service is not loaded while you browse the website unless you open the meeting window.
Linked websites and independently operated scheduling or meeting services may have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. If we introduce an AI customer-service chat, we will explain its data handling before collecting chat content.
Everonix is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in other locations. We will identify relevant processing locations and any required safeguards before enabling providers that transfer personal information internationally.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date will identify the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent when required by law. A revised policy will not retroactively authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information without any legally required notice or consent.
