These Website Terms of Use apply to the public website operated by Everonix LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Everonix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree to the conditions of use described here, please discontinue use.
These terms concern the public website only. They do not establish a client relationship, grant access to a Digital Persona, or replace the separate agreements governing Everonix services.
2. Website information and Everonix services
The website introduces Everonix’s Digital Legacy Platform. Requesting information or a meeting does not enroll you in a service or obligate you to purchase one.
Persona creation, interviews, voice and likeness permissions, authorized-user access, fees, usage charges, and Continuity Reserve arrangements are addressed in the applicable client agreements and service policies. These Website Terms do not amend those agreements or reduce rights under them or applicable law.
Examples labeled “illustrative” demonstrate a possible experience; they are not live conversations with a client’s Persona. A Digital Persona is an AI-generated representation, not the individual themselves, and AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or incomplete.
3. No professional advice
Website content and illustrative conversations are general information, not legal, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. They do not establish an adviser-client relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for decisions requiring that expertise.
4. Permitted use
You may view the website and download or print reasonable portions for personal use or to evaluate Everonix services, keeping copyright and other proprietary notices intact. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial republication.
You must not use the website to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, Personas, private content, or systems.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or bypass security controls.
- Harvest personal information or copy protected content for unauthorized commercial use.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, or misuse of the public website. Access to paid services remains subject to the applicable client agreement and law.
5. Intellectual property and inquiries
The website’s original content, design, software, trademarks, and branding belong to Everonix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. Except as permitted above or by law, reproduction, modification, or distribution requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.
You retain rights in information you send us. We may use it to address your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not grant permission to create a Persona, reproduce a voice or likeness, or disclose private family content. Please do not submit sensitive records through general email.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools for scheduling or communications. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement. We are not responsible for independently operated third-party content or services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Availability and website disclaimers
We seek to keep website information accurate and current, but the public website may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. We may correct, update, or change it.
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation. These statements apply to this informational website; they do not disclaim express commitments in a client agreement or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Everonix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability relating to purchased services is governed by the applicable service agreement and law, not this website-only limitation.
9. Governing law and concerns
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory protections under another applicable law apply. No provision requires you to give up rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Changes, general provisions, and contact
We may revise these Website Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Material changes will be brought to visitors’ attention as required by law; where affirmative agreement is required, we will obtain it. Revisions apply prospectively and do not change an existing client agreement.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
